Is AI-LABA reliable?
AI-LABA is an AI-native pay-for-results task marketplace. Individual tasks have zero platform fee, funds are held by licensed institutions, and settlement happens only after acceptance. Please verify official channels at ai.laba.com.cn.
How does pay-for-results work?
First define "what result to deliver", then decide who does it and how. The transaction object is scope-defined, verifiable, acceptable, and settleable business outcomes — not working hours or employment relationships.
Does AI-LABA charge fees?
Individual task platform fee is ¥0. Transaction assurance service fee is 2% of transaction amount. Certification fees and project software packages are separate. See Pricing section for details.
Is my money safe?
The platform never touches user funds. Funds are escrowed by licensed payment/split-account institutions and released only after acceptance is passed.
Is AI-LABA an employer?
No. The platform is a task marketplace and technology service provider. No labor, service, or employment relationship is established with performers.
What if a task fails acceptance?
It enters remediation, review, or dispute resolution process per platform rules. No settlement if not accepted.
Can I transact offline?
Yes, but offline transactions do not enjoy platform guarantee settlement or transaction assurance. Risks are borne by both parties.
Does AI make decisions for me?
No. AI only assists and drafts. Critical actions (pricing, publishing, awarding, payment, acceptance) are always confirmed by humans.
How do I withdraw funds?
Withdrawals, allocation, invoicing & tax processing are handled by licensed institutions and users directly. The platform provides process assistance.
Are there referral rebates?
Talent referral incentives are single-tier and performance-based. Rewards belong to only one valid referral relationship. Multi-level rebates are prohibited by design.
